  We adore Kelsey Turner. We rarely wait longer than 10 minutes. Sometimes we do feel a little rushed through our visit and it's nearly impossible to get through to a person when calling. I don't understand these negative reviews. For a Medicaid doctors office, this place is alright.. My major complaint is that the person who is supposed to fax the orders to the diagnostic scheduling center either isn't doing their job or isn't doing it right. I wait a week after doctors appointments to schedule requested tests and labs only to find out BHA never sent the orders. And this has happened literally every time I need to have a lab.
