  I would give a 0 if I could. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a doctor's office. My first visit I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting over an hour which made me have to cancel another appointment I had later on in the day. So while I was in the office, I call the other office to reschedule my appointment while John Levasseur walks in. He was supposed to be looking at my skin conditions, and I apologized for being on the phone and briefly explained my situation--and he said "as you should be." -___- then he prescribes two medicine through this online pharmacy PruGen and I get one medicine 2 weeks after it should have come. I never got the other medicine, and I called PruGen and the man on the phone told me there was nothing he can do.... So I went back for another appointment at Water Edge today (at my own risk), and I had some mysterious charge that I "owed" them from the last appointment. Then, when I go into the office, I explain to John my frustration with everything and that the medicine he gave me was not as effective as I hoped--and he treated me like I was incompetent, did not remember my name (let alone review my chart before walking into the room), did not remember what my skin problems were........ I can go on and on. And I am STILL having problems getting my medicine from PruGen. Needless to say I will not be going back. If you go, just spare yourself of John.
