  I was delivered two sets of flowers from BBB, and both were fine. Nothing especially different, but flowers are nice to get! But this last time, I was out all day. They called to say they wanted to set a delivery time, but I guess they tried to deliver anyway even though I didn't call back. They left a card and a phone message saying they would be able to redeliver until 6 pm. When I called at 5, they said they were closed and asked if I would come to pick it up. I said I couldn't (because I couldn't) and the person on the phone proceeded to tell me about how busy they had been that day from a wedding and how it would make their life easier if I just came and got them. They were pretty irritated that I wouldn't be able to get them myself, and when I said, "If I come to get them, will you refund the person's delivery charge?" they told me they did try to deliver the flowers so the charge would stand, but they wanted me to come and get them myself since I lived "pretty close". I can honestly say I've never heard that before! Seems like a kind of lazy company with not great customer service. I would never use this flower company & I'm going to suggest the same to the sweet person who ordered the flowers for me!

  Stopped in for a basket floral arrangement. First time customer. Lovely ladies and a beautiful job on the basket. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
